01 / NOTICE

Start with the affected wheel

A flat can be obvious or gradual. You can describe what you see and what happened before you noticed it.

Is the front tire or rear tire affected?

Did it lose air quickly or over time, if you know?

Did you notice anything on the tire or on the route before it went flat?

02 / DESCRIBE

Name the affected wheel and describe when you discovered the flat. If you are unsure what caused it, simply say so.
